Recruiter Talent Acquisition (m/w/d) sought – Interim | Full-time | Munich

We are looking for you as an „Interim Recruiter (m/w/d)“ at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• As Recruiter (m/w/d), you will steer and coordinate the entire recruiting process in close coordination with departments and relevant interfaces.
• You will take over candidate management from reviewing documents to organizing appointments and supporting candidates during the selection process.
• In addition, you will be available as a competent contact person for applicants, departments, and internal partners.
• You will ensure a smooth flow of recruiting processes and guarantee a positive candidate experience.
• You will also maintain applicant data, create evaluations, and support administrative tasks in the personnel department.

Qualification

• The foundation is an completed education as a personnel services clerk (m/w/d), office clerk (m/w/d), industrial clerk (m/w/d) or a study with a focus on personnel, business administration or a comparable qualification.
• You bring at least first professional experience as Recruiter (m/w/d), Personnel Referent Recruiting (m/w/d), Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) or HR Specialist Recruiting (m/w/d).
• In addition, knowledge of HR systems and a secure handling of MS Office are required.
• Important are communication strength, service orientation, pleasure in telephone contact and very good German language skills and ideally good English language skills.
