The Swiss Personal Management GmbH has been commissioned by an established production company to search for an experienced Interim HR Business Partner. In this role, you will support the production site operationally and strategically throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle, working closely with the central HR organization.

Tasks

• Comprehensive HR management of the production site along the entire Employee Lifecycles

(Recruiting, Onboarding, Personnel Management, Development, Separation)

• Mentor for Site Leadership and Supervisors in all personnel-related matters
• Tight Collaboration with the HR Central Office, particularly regarding guidelines, processes, and reporting
• Support and guidance on labor law topics in collaboration with internal and external interfaces
• Concept and implementation of a new learning and qualification project for employees at the production site
• Accompaniment of change and development processes in the production environment

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a production or industry setting
• In-depth knowledge of operational and strategic HR management
• Experience in collaboration with HR central office functions
• Practical knowledge of labor law
• Experience in building or developing Learning and Qualification Programs an advantage
• Hands-on mentality, high communication skills, and pragmatic work style
• Interim experience desirable
