Job description

LHH Realtà Italiana, part of a multinational operating in the Renewable Energy sector. Responsibilities Main responsibilities: - Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting towards top management and stakeholders. - Supervise treasury, manage liquidity, and relations with banks and investors. - Coordinate M&A activity, project financing, and structuring complex operations for new installations. - Ensure regulatory and fiscal compliance, including risk management. - Define and implement the financial strategy in line with business objectives and sustainability. - Support the CEO and Board of Directors in strategic decisions and long-term planning. - Lead the Finance team, promoting efficiency and digitalization of processes. - Supervise IT alignment to business objectives together with corporate functions. - Manage facility operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and sustainability of company premises. - Manage and coordinate with HR to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development. - Manage and coordinate the Legal department to ensure compliance, corporate affairs, and risk mitigation. Your Profile - Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields - At least 10/15 years of experience in financial roles, including 5 as CFO or Administrative and Financial Manager. - Strongly preferred background in companies operating in the energy, infrastructure, or renewable sectors. - In-depth knowledge of project financing, investment tools, and fiscal regulations. - Excellent proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis tools. - Proven experience in international contexts and matrix organizations. - Good knowledge of English Soft Skills: - Leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. - Strategic vision and results-oriented approach. - Excellent negotiation and relational skills. - Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments. An initial interim contract is offered for a fixed term of 6/12 months with prospects of permanent employment. In the first phase, full-time collaborations are evaluated in P.IVA or as an employee.
