Interim CRO / Chief Restructuring Officer (m/f/d)

For current and future mandates with medium-sized companies, we are strategically expanding our enomyc Interim Executive Network and are looking for experienced Chief Restructuring Officers (CROs) and Restructuring Managers who will operatively support companies in demanding transformation, turnaround, and crisis situations.

As an Interim CRO, you will work closely with our partners and project teams – and take responsibility at the client's site where quick decisions, solid figures, and consistent implementation are required.

Your Possible Mandates

Depending on the company's situation, as CRO, restructuring manager, or with appropriate authorization, you will take responsibility for:

• Management of restructuring and turnaround situations in medium-sized businesses

• Development and consistent implementation of restructuring and action programs

• Ensuring liquidity and financing

• Management of integrated corporate and short-term liquidity planning

• Collaboration with banks, financing partners, shareholders, and other stakeholders

• Support of IDW S6, IBR, and, if applicable, near-insolvency situations

• Implementation of operational and financial restructuring measures

• Leading management teams and steering critical decision-making processes

• Depending on the mandate, taking extensive operational responsibility

What You Bring

• Several years of experience as a CRO, restructuring manager, CFO in crisis, or restructuring consultant

• Proven restructuring and turnaround experience in German medium-sized businesses

• In-depth experience with liquidity management, integrated planning, and financing

• Experience in dealing with IDW S6 / IBR and the relevant stakeholders in a restructuring

• Strong implementation skills – you don't just analyze, you implement measures together with the company

• Confident interaction with managing directors, shareholders, banks, and financing partners

• Willingness for a substantial on-site presence at the client's

• Native-level German, very good English skills

• Short-term or project-related availability as a self-employed Interim Manager
