Interim Communications Advisor

In the regions of Utrecht, North Holland, Flevoland, and Gelderland, Certus Group has built a strong local network. As a result, municipalities turn to us for various questions related to communication, such as talent development, strategic personnel advice, and optimizing staff deployment. To expand our team, we are looking for an Interim Communications Advisor. In this role, you will work closely with our partners in the regions and be responsible for executing challenging projects that contribute to the growth and development of the public sector.

• As an Interim Communications Advisor within Certus Group, you will work on various topics that the field has to offer. Think of projects and/or programs where you as a Communications Advisor works at an executive and tactical level, thinking about the right communication strategy and approach.
• You represent Certus Group in terms of communication issues within public organizations in the regions of Utrecht, North Holland, Flevoland, and Gelderland.
• You are responsible for organizing and conducting internal knowledge sessions. The goal of the sessions is to signal relevant developments in the market and explore how we can respond to them.
• You have insight into how process, subject matter, and organization relate in a broader context than your own work area in terms of communication.
• You advise management, government, (social) organizations, and citizens on municipalities through signaling, analyzing, and proposing solutions for communication issues.
• You focus on both internal and external communication issues. These issues can be related to various policy areas, such as the social domain, physical domain, and business operations. This includes themes like sustainability, data-driven work, environmental law, and citizen participation.
