Interim CFO - Finance Professionalisation
Interim / Contract
Pearse Professionals are supporting a PE-backed services business based in Valencia seeking a senior interim finance executive to lead a comprehensive finance transformation. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO and investors, offering the opportunity to shape the finance function and influence strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the transformation of the finance function, including systems, reporting, FP&A, and controls
- Implement scalable processes to support growth and operational excellence
- Strengthen investor reporting, cash flow management, and board reporting
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support growth initiatives and potential M&A activity
- Act as a hands‑on operational partner to the leadership team
- Proven interim CFO with finance transformation experience, ideally in tech, digital services
- Must have worked for PE-backed businesses previously
- Experience scaling finance teams and implementing systems and controls
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong board/investor reporting and strategic advisory skills
- Flexible, autonomous, and comfortable with fast-paced environments
