Intercompany Order Entry Specialist

Dematic is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in our North America Office in Monterrey Mexico. As an Intercompany Order Entry Specialist, you will partner with sales operations to ensure accurate and timely entry of new business contracts. This position will also partner with our information technology (IT) department to resolve i-Doc errors in our ERP system. This is what you will do in this role: Review Internal company orders documentation for completeness and resolves any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the order entry process. Ensure all necessary data is accurately captured, including but not limited to, product descriptions, quantities, and pricing information. Collaborate with sales operations team to ensure accurate and timely entry of new business contracts. Partner with IT department to resolve i-Doc errors in our ERP system. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order entry process. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the order entry process. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
