The GENO Broker GmbH is the online broker within the Genossenschaftliche FinanzGruppe. As a 100-% subsidiary of the DZ BANK AG, we cooperate with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken in the securities business. We offer our customers' cooperative banks affordable deposits and an innovative trading platform - digital and on-site at the branch.

Owing to continuous growth and HR development, we are looking for a dedicated reinforcement for our HR team as soon as possible.

Aufgaben

• You accompany employees throughout their entire employee lifecycle and serve as a point of contact for all employee-related topics.
• You process the entire recruitment process, publish job descriptions, coordinate interviews with department heads, participate in interviews, and manage the corresponding documentation.
• You create certificates and personal relevant attestations and ensure that our HR documentation is transparent, structured, and reliable.
• You establish smooth on- and offboarding processes and contribute to ensuring that new colleagues feel welcome from their first day.
• You bring your digital expertise into the development of our HR intranet or ESS (Employee-Self-Service) and make HR knowledge accessible and practical.
• You work on exciting HR projects, optimize processes, and support the team with various operational HR topics, focusing on quality and service.

Qualifikation

• Enrolled student (m/w/d) of economics, business psychology, law or a comparable field - ideally with a focus on personnel.
• Experience in HR is desirable, especially in recruitment.
• Interest in operational HR topics and pleasure in administrative tasks, attention to detail when handling sensitive data and personal matters.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• Familiarity with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; initial experience with HR systems is an advantage.
• Reliable, structured, and orderly working style and friendly communication towards employees and department heads.
