Your missions: - Ensure the setup and smooth operation of the service (intendance, logistics, hygiene, etc.). - Verify the quality and conformity of the services provided in accordance with internal procedures. - Supervise daily operations of the establishment in the domain of intendance, ensuring a high level of service. - Manage and coordinate logistical supplies and equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the establishment. - Guide, train, and accompany operational teams without hierarchical management roles, but in collaboration with managers. - Maintain up-to-date inventory records and ensure supply chain tracking. - Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards in force. - Collaborate with other departments to optimize organization and resident satisfaction. - Participate in monitoring budgets related to intendance activities. - Regularly report to responsible managers and provide reliable and precise reporting. Profile sought: - Confirmed experience as an Intendance Manager, ideally in a medical-social establishment or healthcare setting. - Very good organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Sense of service, observation, and continuous improvement. - Knowledge of sanitary standards, safety practices, and intendance practices in a care setting. - Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. - Mastery of MS Office suite and inventory management software. - Mastery of French is essential.
