Job Description Conduct the diagnostic phase, identifying gaps and opportunities between current systems and the new model. Engage and align internal and external stakeholders (including suppliers) on project objectives and scope. Develop and execute the change management plan, considering impacts on processes, systems, and people. Translate local needs into functional requirements, ensuring adherence to the global model and adaptations when necessary. Contribute to the network of experts and professionals in the field, sharing knowledge and best practices. Ensure the integration of new technologies and tools with existing ones, promoting innovation and efficiency. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful implementation of projects. Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
