Integrity Officer
Job description
For the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, we are looking for an Integrity Officer.
You will be responsible for providing an independent and visible interface where colleagues from the RVB can report integrity issues and questions. You will discuss and reflect these reports periodically with your team.
You will handle received reports that relate to possible violations of the code of conduct and ensure a complete and accurate accounting of this. This you do in coordination with the coordinator for integrity, within the relevant system, and in a correct and confidential manner.
You will organize meetings and (online) training sessions, as long as the available capacity allows it. You will increase visibility and improve communication policy around the integrity function of the RVB.

- You are both empathetic and businesslike. You have knowledge of commercial integrity and social safety. This enables you to understand someone well and at the same time assess whether an integrity report has a chance of success, and provide honest advice on this. You are aware that you work with confidential and personnel-sensitive information. You are able to work individually and independently within a small team. You have knowledge of commercial integrity and social safety.
