In our office directly at the university, you will ensure that our team works faster and smarter.

Responsibilities

• Your own major project: Building on our existing AI foundation, you will elevate the entire agency to a new dimension.

• Further development and optimization of our in-house tools.

• Integration and full automation of AI with our core systems, e.g., Google Ads, Reporting, and CRM.

• Automation of recurring tasks in media buying, reporting, and sales.

• Web design reimagined: You will develop AI-powered workflows with which we can design, test, and optimize landing pages for our clients faster.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in building complex workflows and automations, e.g., with Make, n8n, or Zapier.

• A good sense of where AI brings real added value and where it does not.

• Programming skills, e.g., in Python or JavaScript.

• Good web design skills and an eye for aesthetics.

• Residency in Munich or willingness to relocate, very good German language skills.
