The Regional Employment Integration Office Bern operates services and measures on behalf of the Canton of Bern for social assistance recipients from over 50 partner municipalities. Through internal businesses, integration coaching, and job placement, it supports people in their professional and social integration.

To complement our team, we are looking for an Integration Consultant (70%) starting December 1, 2026, or by agreement (limited until December 31, 2027 - with an option for extension until March 31, 2028).

Your Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for professional and goal-oriented consulting, application support, and coaching of job seekers.
You will regularly conduct status meetings and carry out corresponding assessments in close cooperation with the referring social services. Writing reports and regular feedback complement this exciting and varied area of responsibility. You will also take on projects or roles as needed.

Your Profile
You have completed vocational training (EFZ) or a university degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. You possess additional training in consulting (coaching, job coaching) or a degree in social work. You have experience in conducting interviews. You are very familiar with the requirements, developments, and needs of the primary labor market. You can organize yourself well independently, see the glass as half full rather than half empty. You like people, are extremely solution-oriented, and have healthy frustration tolerance. You feel comfortable in a very dynamic environment and an agilely managed team. You are open to change, reliable, possess strong social skills, and are resilient even in hectic times. You are a team player and an innovative personality. Experience in the field of labor integration is an advantage.
