Job Details: Internal role name : Product Support Specialist L1 Location : Hybrid (Guadalajara or Chihuahua) Type : Full-time (Contractor) About Ottimate Ottimate is an AI-powered AP [Accounts Payable] automation platform that empowers finance teams to reduce costs, prevent overpayments, detect fraud, and enforce policy compliance across the entire invoice-to-payment lifecycle. Responsibilities : Member of Integration Support Group supporting CSV and API questions and issues. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers' integration-related problems. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues. Stay up-to-date with Ottimate's product roadmap and new features.
