Job description
We are recruiting a solution integrator for our client on a 12-month mandate, estimated hourly rate of around 90 or 100 CAD per hour for 40 hours per week. Hybrid mode: 2 to 3 days at the Montreal office. Mastery of English required, CV in English.
The mandate consists of acting as a solution integrator to ensure that ServiceNow (already deployed) serves as the front-end portal ('frontend') for SuccessFactors. The objective is to ensure the connection between these two systems. The person will be expected to bridge the gap between different experts from both companies and with development teams, primarily at the 'middleware' level.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architecture and project management teams to define the solution and global plan;
- Participate in business requirement gathering workshops with functional responsible(s) and rely on business processes to design the solution;
- Coordinate activities for designing, developing, and testing the solution with different stakeholders, satellite teams, and external parties;
- Evaluate the readiness of the solution and environment for different phases of delivery;
- Improve existing processes or methodology;
- Coordinate and escalate issues related to the solution during the delivery phase.
Profile
- Bilingual or English-speaking
- Experience in system integration,
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in integrating large-scale solutions
- Have taken business and technical requirements;
- Have participated in integrating large-scale solutions (e.g., integrating ServiceNow with other systems/solutions);
- Have an understanding of solution architecture;
- Have knowledge of standards and protocols: REST API, SOAP, security (OAuth, SAML), interoperability;
- Demonstrate expertise in integration: ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), ETL, microservices, middleware;
- Have an understanding of data management: migration, quality, governance, compliance (GDPR, local standards);
- Have an understanding of cybersecurity: encryption, authentication, audit;
- Work with architects/designers;
- Knowledge of Visio, Jira, Confluence;
- Experience collaborating with external providers;
