INTEGRATED SYSTEM RESPONSIBLE AND HSE

WINTIME SPA, Torino branch, for a leading market leader company that designs, produces, and commercializes customized products. We are looking for an INTEGRATED SYSTEM RESPONSIBLE AND HSE. The resource sought will ensure the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, Safety), ensuring regulatory compliance (laws, regulations, ISO standards) and promoting a company culture oriented towards prevention, sustainability, and continuous improvement. In particular, it will be responsible for: - Integrated Management System (IMS): manage and update IMS, coordinate internal and external audits, KPI monitoring of IMS, and improvement actions. - HSE (Health, Safety, Environment): ensure compliance with current regulations on HSE, manage HSE training. - Compliance and continuous improvement: experience in collaboration with Supervisory Bodies, support the Management Team in defining goals and integrated company policy.

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related fields. · Specific training in HSE (e.g., RSPP course, internal ISO auditor, etc.). · At least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles in certified companies according to ISO standards · In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. · Knowledge of Italian HSE regulations. · Mastery of main risk analysis tools and auditing techniques. · Result-oriented and continuous improvement attitude and problem-solving skills.
