Key responsibilities include: • Designing, deploying, and standardizing integrated planning capabilities across Corning’s Supply Chain organization. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and business leaders to embed best-in-class planning processes that connect strategy, drive operational excellence, and enable data-driven decision making. • Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of integrated planning initiatives. • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Corning’s Supply Chain organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration. • Providing guidance, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integrated planning. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and integrated planning. • Developing and managing budgets for integrated planning initiatives. • Ensuring compliance with Corning’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Providing regular progress reports to senior leadership on the status of integrated planning initiatives. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with integrated planning initiatives. • Collaborating with IT teams to develop and implement technology solutions that support integrated planning capabilities. • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Corning’s business operations, including supply chain management, manufacturing, and logistics. • Providing input on the development of strategic plans and goals for Corning’s Supply Chain organization. • Identifying opportunities for innovation and implementing changes to improve processes and reduce costs. • Building strong relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure effective collaboration and communication. • Developing and managing a team of integrated planning professionals to achieve business objectives. • Providing guidance, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integrated planning. • Ensuring compliance with Corning’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Providing regular progress reports to senior leadership on the status of integrated planning initiatives. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with integrated planning initiatives.
