Join Tamaki Health and help shape the future of wellbeing support in primary care. Tamaki Health is a pioneering primary mental health service delivering integrated care to high-needs communities across Auckland. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Integrated Model Team Lead to provide dynamic leadership to a regional team of Wellness Advisors (Health Improvement Practitioners) and Health Coaches.

  • Ensure professional supervision, development, and wellbeing supports are in place for your team.
  • Partner with Regional Cluster Managers, and Clinic Coordinators to align services with Tamaki Health’s strategy.
  • Champion equity and uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi, ensuring our approach is inclusive and culturally responsive.
  • Contribute to ongoing service evaluation and refinement alongside internal and external partners.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven leadership experience in health, wellbeing, or multidisciplinary team settings.
  • Strong understanding of the Integrated Model (HIP and Health Coach framework).
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Sound knowledge of primary health care and integrated service delivery.
  • Commitment to equity, cultural safety, and continuous improvement.

Why join us?

At Tamaki Health, we’re proud to deliver innovative, people-centred services that make a real difference. You’ll enjoy:

  • A supportive, collaborative leadership environment.
  • Opportunities for ongoing professional and leadership development.
  • The chance to shape the future of integrated wellbeing services in Aotearoa.

Make a difference — lead a team transforming wellbeing in primary care.
Apply now and help us continue building a healthier, more connected community.
