Integrated Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Operative management of our external lead agency, as well as quality control of the agency's services regarding brand appearance, target achievement, cost-effectiveness, and punctuality.
• Creation and prioritization of briefings, as well as coordination of campaigns, contents, and communication measures.
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing measures, as well as derivation of continuous improvement measures for GTM market strategies.
• Ensuring transparent budget and measure control.
• Cross-departmental coordination of all marketing activities, as well as consistent brand management.
• SEO optimization of company websites and conducting website analyses to identify optimization potential.
• Planning and steering of SEA campaigns.
• Commissioning of print and advertising materials such as business cards, flyers, and small promotional items.
• Care of local marketing activities such as regional festivals, events, and trade fairs in the Augsburg region.

Qualification

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Design.
• Multiple years of professional experience in marketing, ideally with relevant experience working with external agencies or service providers.
• Outstanding strategic thinking paired with high implementation strength.
• Experience in steering campaigns, budgets, and key figure analyses.
• Communication skills and confident appearance when dealing with management, departments, and external partners.
