Integrated Manufacturing Systems Specialist

About the Job Provide advanced technical support and optimize system performance Lead in diagnosing complex issues in MES/Data Historian and work closely with MES engineers and Digital to resolve them promptly Train end-users on MES/DHS functionalities and assist operators with system-related queries to ensure correct usage Record deviations and downtime, ensuring all incidents are logged Support validation lifecycle activities with technical expertise Maintain MES data integrity, compliance with industry standards and regulations, and adherence to quality control procedures Ensure seamless integration of MES systems with other manufacturing systems and tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements Develop and maintain documentation for MES system configuration, operation, and maintenance Provide training and support to end-users on MES system usage and troubleshooting Identify and report potential issues or areas for improvement in MES system performance and functionality Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize MES system performance and efficiency
