Insurance Production Manager (M/F)

The Insurance Production Manager ensures the complete follow-up of real estate insurance contracts, from creation to termination. He/She works closely with customer service representatives to ensure a smooth and reactive management of files.

Key Activities

• Contract Creation and Setup: reception of requests, data entry, issuance of contractual documents.
• Contract Follow-up: amendments, updates, and management of changes (owner, syndicate, usage…).
• Renewals: preparation for deadlines, reminders, and adjustments as needed.
• Cancellations: analysis of requests, contract closure, communication with partners.
• Collaboration with Customer Service Representatives: coordination on client needs, prioritization of requests, technical and administrative support.
• Exchanges with Clients: daily accompaniment, answers to questions about guarantees, required documents, deadlines.
• Verification of Documents and Compliance
• Ensure the Proper Use of Tools, Processes, and Delegations
• Participation in Continuous Improvement of Internal Tools and Processes.
