Key Responsibilities:
  • Act on high-profile insurance matters involving complex construction and engineering claims
  • Provide thoughtful, strategic advice on indemnity, coverage, and liability issues
  • Prepare and manage matters through litigation, mediation, and negotiation
  • Work closely with teammates and partners in a highly collaborative model
  • Support team culture through knowledge sharing and inclusive participation
  • Participate in initiatives that promote balance and foster strong peer relationships
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years PAE in construction or insurance litigation (private practice only)
  • Current practising certificate (QLD or eligible to obtain one)
  • Strong written advocacy and legal problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic team player with a kind and collaborative approach
  • Passion for contributing to a respectful and wellbeing-driven culture
