Insurance Inspector/Unit Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Develop a permanent team of financial consultants, through ongoing recruitment and selection;
• Develop the portfolio of life insurance and general insurance policies, both by involving team members and developing your own insurance portfolio;
• Be responsible for sales activity, promoting products and services offered by GRAWE, in line with the company's sales strategy, both through the coordinated team of agents and directly;
• Organize, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and be responsible for the sales activity and results of the team of coordinated agents.

We expect from you/Your profile:

• Higher or secondary education;
• Professional training courses specific to the field;
• Experience in insurance sales, minimum 1 year;
• Holding a position coordinating a sales team for at least 1 year presents an advantage;
• Knowledge of life insurance product characteristics;
• Knowledge of PC operation (MS Office package);
• Planning and organization skills, communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
• Negotiation and presentation skills;
• Team coordination, integrity, and ethics skills.
