About the Role Changan Automobile is seeking an Insurance Fleet Specialist Aftersales to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our aftersales department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the insurance fleet operations, ensuring timely and efficient processing of claims, and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate the insurance fleet operations, including claim processing, vehicle inspections, and reporting. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes. • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, logistics). • Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or insurance claims processing. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with fleet management software and systems.
