A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in insurance, gained in areas such as large-scale transformation, digitalization, actuarial work, or AI-related initiatives, in roles based in consulting, insurance companies, or other positions involving insurance processes or systems. Understanding of market trends and their impact on the insurance industry. Experience in developing requirements and/or specifications, software engineering methodologies, reporting tools, testing. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall. Familiarity with data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines. Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Understanding of the insurance industry's regulatory environment and compliance requirements. Familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR.
