This role involves managing the full claims process for short-term insurance clients, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and excellent customer service throughout. The ideal candidate thrives in a competitive environment, works well under pressure, and has outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: * Managing the full claims process from receipt to finalisation, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and excellent customer service throughout. * Conducting thorough investigations and assessments to determine the validity of claims. * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and building trust. * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of claims. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all claims, including documentation and communication. * Identifying and escalating potential issues or concerns to management in a timely and professional manner. * Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices. * Performing other duties as required by the business.
