Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions. • Build and maintain a network of contacts within the SME sector, identifying potential new business opportunities. • Work closely with the underwriting team to ensure that client needs are met and that policies are accurately priced. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice. • Contribute to the development of new products and services, working closely with colleagues across the organization. What We're Looking For: • Proven experience as an Insurance Broker, preferably in the SME sector. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours. • Strong understanding of insurance products and regulatory requirements, with the ability to provide expert advice to clients.
