Description
- Responsible for delivering flight simulator and, when necessary, ground school training, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and client demands.
- Provide simulator/flight instruction on a single type rating for the issuance of licenses, ratings, and certificates, or provide theoretical instruction in a classroom setting.
- Conduct simulator briefings and debriefings in a complete, professional manner and in compliance with CAE standards.
- Perform administrative activities related to training, including:
- Completion and maintenance of training records
- Recommendation of corrective training when necessary
- Monitoring and maintenance of one's own instructor qualifications
- Participate in the creation and updating of curricula and teaching materials (courseware), when required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid or previously valid professional pilot license.
- Meet the minimum qualification and experience requirements to act as a Flight, Simulator, or Ground School Instructor.
- Valid ANAC certification.
- Advanced proficiency in English or Spanish.
- Proven ability as an instructor, trainer, and facilitator.
- Strong communication and technical training delivery skills.
Desirable Qualifications
- Instructor qualification or rating issued by a Regulatory Authority.
- Previous experience in certified training environments or with international standards.
