Student Instructor

Responsibilities •Follow and develop Young Learners who will participate in the Evoluir Program; •Apply and follow the content planned together with learners, as well as make the presence record, studied lessons and other necessary information for the Ministry of Labor and Employment; •Adapt and apply teaching methodology to specific learner needs; •Promote active student participation through activities and learning methodologies; •Apply evaluations and assessments to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement; •Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and student performance; •Collaborate with the Program Coordinator to ensure program goals are met; •Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve teaching skills and stay updated on best practices; •Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation; •Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure smooth program implementation; •Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion; •Work independently and as part of a team to achieve program objectives; •Be available for occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
