You maximise equipment reliability, ensuring optimal performance and minimising downtime. You work closely with the operations team to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide training and support to ensure site personnel are equipped to operate equipment safely and efficiently. You also contribute to the development of procedures and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You are a key member of the site team, providing technical expertise and support to ensure site operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives. You will be expected to maintain accurate records and reports, and to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will also be required to work in accordance with relevant safety and environmental regulations, and to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of your work.
