Instrumentation Engineer (Relocation to Saudi Arabia is required)

Overview: We are seeking an Instrumentation Engineer to join our Technical Support Team under Global Manufacturing Organization (GM) The Technical Support Team is a multi-disciplinary team focusing mainly on supporting the technical and business needs of GM Operating facilities. Your primary role is to provide technical support for instrumentation systems, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to instrumentation equipment, and collaborate with other teams to ensure effective implementation of instrumentation solutions. Key responsibilities include: • Providing technical expertise in instrumentation systems, including design, installation, testing, and commissioning. • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to instrumentation equipment, including calibration, maintenance, and repair. • Collaborating with other teams to ensure effective implementation of instrumentation solutions, including process control, automation, and data acquisition. • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for instrumentation systems, including procedures, manuals, and reports. • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize instrumentation systems and processes. • Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry. • Strong understanding of instrumentation systems, including process control, automation, and data acquisition. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia for the duration of the assignment.
