- Create, update and coordinate the dual training strategy for QueP.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and established certifications for the site, apprentices, and oneself.
- Instruct and train apprentices within the Technical Training Center in topics such as mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, automation, and implementation of Industry 4.0
- Cover and ensure the program's subjects based on the planned objective to apply acquired knowledge in practical cases.
- Cover and ensure compliance with each phase of development, execution, rotation, evaluation, and accreditation of the dual training program until the apprentice achieves the title.
- Work together with areas of the plant that may receive apprentices during planned rotations to review performance and learning objectives fulfillment.
- Adapt to new process technologies for dual training system with the aim of meeting technical area requirements at QueP.
- Verify the operation of the automation classroom at CFD according to established work instructions at CFD stations to ensure its application in the QueP plant.
- Evaluate acquired knowledge in accordance with the mechatronics program: specialization in flexible manufacturing to meet AHK requirements.
- Apply, evaluate, and document practical and theoretical exams for apprentices to cover AHK requirements.
- Send frequent grades to the school control area for apprentice program compliance.
