Instructional Designer at Laba is someone who:

• turns expert knowledge into clear, engaging programs,
• takes care that the course has sense, logic, and flow,
• designs learning experience so that students want to come back for each lesson,
• analyzes feedback and proposes improvements for future editions.

Say it straight: the lecturer is the face of the course, but you are its architect.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• writes and speaks Polish at level C1,
• does great research and extracts concrete conclusions from it,
• can logically structure knowledge and simplify complex topics,
• likes working with people and can talk to experts,
• likes education and believes that good learning changes lives.

Fine, if you have experience in working with content, training, coaching, or research — but it's not a must-have.
