The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing and creating engaging, interactive, and effective learning materials for our clients. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to analyze training needs and design effective learning solutions - Develop instructional materials such as e-learning modules, videos, workbooks, and job aids - Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create high-quality learning experiences - Design and develop multimedia content, including animations, simulations, and gamification elements - Ensure that all learning materials are aligned with client goals and objectives - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing learning materials - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design.
