Clicktech is a prominent seller on the Amazon India marketplace and is currently operating in the category of wireless, wireless accessories, consumer electronics, personal care products, and home appliances. As an Instock Manager at Clicktech, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels across various product categories, ensuring timely delivery to customers, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: * Managing inventory levels across various product categories, including wireless accessories, consumer electronics, personal care products, and home appliances. * Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demand. * Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, sales, and returns. * Analyzing sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions about product offerings and inventory management. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. * Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
