Institute Director/Franchisee as Site Manager (m/f/d) in the LOS Network Linz

Job description

Are you considering going self-employed in a future-proof industry and setting up your own support institute? However, you would like to benefit from the experience and know-how of a strong partner in order to be successfully self-employed on the one hand and significantly reduce the risks of entrepreneurship on the other? At the same time, you want to pursue a meaningful profession, do good, and thereby enable people with reading and writing problems to participate in society and their careers through sustainable support? And on top of that, earn an attractive income without high investment costs? Then the LOS network, the market leader in the field of pedagogical therapy for reading and spelling weaknesses (LRS), is exactly right for you.

The LOS network has existed for over 40 years and is the only large, family-run company in the field of extracurricular support. As a family business, we place great value on long-term, reliable, and successful cooperation, short decision-making paths, a trust-based corporate culture, direct, personal interaction, and high-quality as well as sustainable collaboration. As the director of a LOS institute, you are never on your own. We will be there to support you with our strong team from the very beginning. As a legally and economically independent entrepreneur, you will of course make the final decisions.

As the director of a LOS institute, you will take on a variety of tasks that are divided into three core areas. With our over 40 years of experience, we will be there to support you in all areas:

1. Pedagogical Tasks

  • Group Assignment: You form learning groups that correspond to the individual needs of the students.
  • Teaching: You teach yourself or delegate it to specially trained educators.
  • Quality Control: Through regular training and guidance, you ensure that the support lessons always meet the high quality standards.

2. Administrative Tasks

  • Financial Administration: You monitor incoming payments and manage customer data using the special software of the LOS network.
  • Personnel Management: You select suitable receptionists and teachers and support them in their tasks.

3. Consultation and Marketing

  • Individual Consultation: You conduct consultation sessions to determine the individual support needs of each student.
  • Marketing: You advertise your institute, build customer relationships, and increase the recognition of the LOS network in your region.

Professional Qualifications
Do you have a university degree, a comparable education with experience in pedagogy, or are you an industry-outsider (education) manager without prior pedagogical experience? Everyone feels comfortable with us. Because although all LOS partners work according to uniform quality standards and are of course intensively advised and regularly trained, very different personalities are behind every success. But one thing unites them all: entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to help people!

Personal Qualifications
An important prerequisite for a successful start-up is the personality of the entrepreneur (m/f/d): As a LOS partner, you approach people willingly and openly, are communicative, and know how to build and maintain networks. Do you also enjoy pedagogical work with children, adolescents, and young adults and want to help them successfully overcome their reading and spelling weaknesses (LRS/dyslexia)? Then you fit well with us!
