Institutional BD Manager

You will be the primary point of contact for hedge funds, family offices, and asset managers, bridging the gap between our world-class liquidity and the unique needs of the Eastern European and CIS institutional landscape. Your key responsibilities will include: • Developing and executing a strategic business development plan to drive growth among high-velocity market participants in the CIS region; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with hedge funds, family offices, and asset managers, ensuring their needs are met and our services are tailored to their requirements; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and product offerings that meet the unique needs of the CIS institutional landscape; • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the CIS region and developing strategies to capitalize on these insights; • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends to ensure our services remain competitive and compliant.
