What will you do?

• Support in maintaining the lab environment clean and safe.
• Clean and sterilize materials and equipment correctly.
• Work according to clear procedures and wear protective clothing.
• Learn step by step how a professional pharmaceutical work environment functions.

Our client, a biotech company located in Zwijnaarde, is an international player that brings innovative CAR-T-cell therapy to Ghent. The company makes a difference every day in the lives of patients with cancer and other life-threatening conditions.

The company is currently in a strong growth phase and is looking for motivated and dedicated team members to support this mission.

• You live near Gent/Zwijnaarde and can easily reach the workplace (also without public transportation).

• You work accurately, properly, and follow procedures correctly.

• You will work in a 3-shift regime, but you are willing to be deployed in all 9 below shifts: 06:00–16:00, 07:00-17:00, 08:00-18:00, 09:00-19:00, 10:00–20:00, 12:00–22:00, 14:00–00:00, 16:00–02:00 + future night shifts.
• We work with collective leave: 6 days in the summer and 2 days in the winter, so everyone can enjoy a well-deserved break at the same time. You can plan your remaining vacation days freely.
• Team allowances depending on the shift and double pay on Sunday
• After six months, depending on your performance, you may have the opportunity to convert to a permanent contract.
