Your tasks:
Leadership (professionally and disciplinarily) of the Maintenance Department (approx. 35 people)
Full responsibility for planning and budgeting the Maintenance area
Implementation and control of maintenance measures (electrical and mechanical!)
Coordination and documentation of maintenance, repair, and maintenance work
Implementation of preventive technical measures with the goal of avoiding plant shutdowns
Steering of external companies and external service providers
Closely working together with the Safety Officer and Energy Management on site
Monitoring compliance with legal and safety regulations
Responsibility for internal renovation projects, system installations, and KV processes
Assistance in special projects at the production site
Your profile:
Completed technical training with a master's or technician's degree in the field of Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, possibly also in Mechanical Engineering with corresponding maintenance experience
Long-term professional and leadership experience in Maintenance
Necessary expertise as an Electrician
High technical understanding for production processes
Independent, proactive, and responsible working style
Strong assertive and leadership skills
Organizational and manual skillset regarding maintenance aspects
Good Microsoft Office knowledge
Basis knowledge of SAP, particularly with the Maintenance module, desirable
