Maintenance Technician

Ensure plant availability - hands-on & with responsibility

You ensure that our production runs – and will become even more stable in the future.
You fix malfunctions yourself, but also think ahead: You analyze causes and develop our maintenance so that failures don't occur in the first place.
In short: You sustainably reduce downtimes and strengthen plant availability.

For this key role, we are looking for a:

• Hands-on & Maintenance
• Maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production facilities
• Mechanical work and diagnostics (incl. automation/control)
• Maintenance & Plant Management
• Planning and execution of preventive maintenance, spare parts management
• Optimization of maintenance and inspection plans
• Ensuring plant availability
• Condition assessment of plants, risk management
• Coordination & Collaboration
• Coordination with manufacturers and external service partners
• Organization of maintenance operations and management of maintenance contracts
• Technical point of contact for production
• Participation in improvements and layout optimizations
• No on-call or shift work

• a technical vocational qualification with a Federal Certificate of Proficiency (Efz) (Automation technician, Mechatronics technician, or Precision mechanic)
• Further training as a Maintenance Technician
• At least 5 years of experience in the maintenance of production facilities
• good mechanical skills and enjoyment of practical work
• knowledge in automation / control technology (experience with Siemens and Beckhoff controls is an advantage)
• ideally experience in metalworking (stamping, welding, grinding, assembly)
