You are a maker with technical understanding? In our Facility Management team, you are responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and preservation of our buildings and ensure the logistics. You guarantee the smooth operation of all technical systems and cleanliness at all locations. As soon as possible or upon agreement, we are looking for an independent and service-oriented personality. We look forward to your application!Your tasks

• You ensure the ongoing operation by controlling, troubleshooting, and maintaining building services equipment, including documentation in CAFM.
• You organize and coordinate assignments from external service providers.
• You serve as a point of contact for tenants and users of the buildings regarding inquiries and problems (ticket system in CAFM).
• You are responsible for organizing and executing smaller relocations.
• You work in building logistics with (delivery and distribution of goods and furniture).
• You prepare the rooms and AV technology for events, including cleanup operations.

Your skills

• You have completed a vocational training in the field of maintenance, building services or technical basic education EFZ and bring corresponding professional experience in facility management.
• You are IT-affine and can operate complex building management systems independently.
• You stand out with your structured and efficient working style and organizational skills.
• You have good IT user knowledge, particularly in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel).
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• You hold a driving license of category B.
