What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inspecting and preparing loads for safe and efficient transport
- Selecting the right rigging gear for each task
- Setting up rigging equipment like beams, pulleys, clamps, and bolts
- Monitoring and maintaining rigging tools to ensure safety and performance
- Maneuvering heavy loads using machinery and manual handling
- Following safety procedures to keep everyone protected
- Communicating effectively with crane operators and construction teams
- Construction Industry Induction (White Card)
- RI or RA High-Risk Rigging Licence
- Experience working at heights (preferred)
- EWP operation above 11m (preferred)
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and procedures
- Valid driver’s license
- Safety-conscious attitude
- Knowledge of the precast industry is a big plus!
