Your tasks: Overall responsibility for leading and organizing the facility

Leadership and development of a motivated interdisciplinary team

Ensuring high-quality care and resident satisfaction

Economic management including personnel and budget responsibility

Representing the facility internally and externally

Your qualification: Qualification for installation leadership according to § 2 Abs. 2 HeimPersV / § 71 SGB XI

Completed education or study in healthcare or social services

Leadership experience in a management function

Outstanding social and communicative skills

Organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and empathy
