Your tasks: Overall responsibility for the operation of the facility

Leadership and development of the interdisciplinary team

Ensuring the quality of care & resident satisfaction

Responsibility for personnel planning & budget management

Communication with relatives, authorities & cost bearers

Your qualification: Completed qualification as Installation Leader according to § 2 Abs. 1 HeimPersV or comparable

Professional experience in a leading position in stationary old-age care

Leadership skills & organizational talent

Sensitivity in dealing with residents & relatives

Communication strength & economic thinking
