We are looking for you as a Master Installer and Heating Engineer (m/f/d) for DB Services GmbH at the Nuremberg site as soon as possible.

• As a master craftsman, you will be responsible for tendering and executing projects
• These include, for example, planning, preparing, and taking responsibility for repair, modernization, and new construction projects in Deutsche Bahn properties
• Supervision and control of subcontractor performance, including inspection and acceptance, are also part of your area of responsibility
• You are also responsible for the creation of as-built documentation as well as technical documentation and work plans
• You are the primary point of contact for clarifying complex technical issues for clients and service technicians
• Furthermore, you are responsible for the technical guidance of service technicians and apprentices in technologically demanding situations, as well as for leading work groups

• You have successfully completed training as an installation mechanic or in the heating and sanitary trade
• You have also successfully completed your master craftsman examination in the SHK (Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning) field
• In addition, you already have initial, ideally several years of professional experience in building technology in the field of heating and sanitary technology
• Independent, careful, and solution-oriented work are among your strengths
• Strong service and customer orientation are a matter of course for you
• You enjoy working in a team and appreciate a good working atmosphere
• Your willingness to participate in paid on-call duty (annual planning) after an appropriate familiarization period and a valid driver's license class B complete your profile
