We're looking for a Solar & Battery Install Team Leader who takes total ownership, sets the standard on-site, and leads a small, high-performance crew with pride.

Premium residential and small commercial installations, including:

• Enphase microinverter systems (preferred)

• Tesla Powerwall installations

• Smart load control & EV charging integration

• High-end and architecturally designed homes

• Battery retrofits and upgrades

• Zero-defect installs with flawless digital documentation

This role suits someone who is technical, disciplined, and obsessed with doing things properly.

Experience with Enphase + Tesla puts you straight to the top.

• Willing to undertake SAA Solar & Battery Accreditation (company will pay)

• Electrical Licence

• Strong battery installation experience

• High competency with digital documentation (Formbay, photos, checklists)

• Proven ability to lead a team

• Highly competitive salary, you can earn up to $200K Package +

• $1,000 monthly bonus for quality/zero-callback results
