Installer - Heat Pump, Recuperation, and Installation Assembler

Your responsibilities

- Installation of heat pumps (air and ground source) in new and existing buildings

- Connection and startup of heating devices

- Diagnostics and basic service of installed systems

- Installation of recuperators and ventilation ducts

- Installation of underfloor heating

- Work on heating and water and sewage systems

- Execution of installations in accordance with technical and design documentation

- Opportunity for specialization in one of the fields (1. heat pumps 2. installations and recuperation)

Our requirements

• Willingness to learn and commitment
• Ability to read basic technical diagrams
• Ability to use tools
• Availability and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in installing heat pumps, heating, sanitary, or air conditioning systems is welcome – it will be an additional asset and will affect remuneration from the first day
• Knowledge of the operating principles of heat pumps or recuperation systems
• SEP and gas qualifications are welcome
• Experience in automation or renewable energy certification will be an additional asset
• Category B driving license

What we offer

• Work until 4:00 PM (schedule to be agreed; during training, working hours are with the rest of the team, after achieving independence, the possibility of flexible working hours)
• Full-time or 3/4 full-time employment
• Employment contract for a trial period with the possibility of extension
• Remuneration depends on skills and experience – from PLN 4,900 gross for individuals starting from scratch, higher rates for experienced individuals, real salary increase with increasing independence
• Discretionary bonuses
• Mainly local work, within a radius of approximately 100 km (no multi-day business trips)
• Manufacturer training and opportunities for skill development
• For individuals without experience: onboarding under the supervision of an experienced installer, the pace of achieving independence depends on commitment

We are an authorized installer for leading heat pump manufacturers. We carry out installations in both new and existing buildings in Wrocław and its surroundings.
