MAINTENANCE INSPECTOR

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Maintenance Inspector to join our team in OURO BRANCO, Brazil. In this role, the individual will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of installations, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, machines, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and potential problems
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment
• Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with local and specific sector regulations
• Publish detailed inspection reports and maintain precise records of all maintenance activities
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize and address repair and maintenance tasks
• Use maintenance management software to track service orders, inventory, and equipment history
• Recommend improvements to procedures and processes for increased efficiency and reduced costs
• Participate in root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Maintain knowledge of best practices in the sector and emerging technologies in maintenance and inspection
• Travel to various locations in the region as needed
