Position
Supervision Inspector
In this role, you will be responsible for, among others:
current supervision of general construction works, their acceptance, and settlement of concluded agreements in accordance with applicable legal regulations;
organization of the preparatory process for the execution of investments, repair, renovation, and maintenance works, carried out through an entrusted system, including the preparation of investor cost estimates;
providing opinions on applications, issuing technical conditions, and coordinating technical and cost documentation for repair, renovation, and modernization works, performed in buildings and structures by other users, including railway companies;
participation in technical acceptances and material-financial settlements of completed works;
analysis and assessment of the technical and operational condition of managed and administered buildings, civil engineering and water engineering structures, technical devices, development of the scope of works and measurements for the purpose of carrying out renovations.
Our expectations:
higher technical education;
experience in handling construction processes, optimally as an investor supervision inspector;
unrestricted license to manage construction works in the structural-construction specialization
knowledge of legal regulations (Building Law along with executive acts);
very good computer skills (MS Office suite, Norma Pro, AutoCAD);
stress resistance, high work motivation, commitment, and independence.
