Supervisor Inspector / Inspectress

Your responsibilities

• You conduct investor and technical supervision of construction works on site, including at heights above 3 m
• You represent the investor on the construction site by controlling its execution in compliance with documentation, building permit, regulations, technical knowledge, schedule, and budget
• You conduct work acceptances and hand over facilities for use
• You participate in tender committees and verify offers
• You cooperate with contractors and report task progress in the Hadron program
• You prepare and verify cost estimates
• You monitor compliance with the Company's Health and Safety standards

Our requirements

• Technical higher education (environmental engineering, construction, energy, electrical engineering, or related fields)
• Execution building license without limitations in the installation specialty (sanitary / electrical) or structural-building
• Experience as a Site Supervisor or Construction Manager
• Knowledge of technologies for building heating networks, nodes, and facilities
• Knowledge of building law, energy law, and Health and Safety regulations
• Ability to work with programs: Norma Pro, Office Suite, Google (AutoCAD is a plus)
• Good work organization for managing multiple tasks simultaneously
